About

I have spent more than three decades in technology and security — across application development, global infrastructure, federal government operations, and executive advisory.

My career has taken me through BNY Mellon, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, TÜV Rheinland, and Optiv, and through my own practice, Globally Secure IT, founded in 2012.

I hold a dual undergraduate degree in Computer Systems and Finance from The American University. That pairing has shaped how I work: I am equally at home with an architecture diagram and a balance sheet, and I have always been drawn to the place where the two meet — where a technical decision becomes a financial one.

The work I care most about sits in identity and access management, Zero Trust architecture, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, risk management, and the security questions raised by enterprise adoption of AI.
